Blair is a seasoned real estate broker with a passion for serving clients in Nashville and its surrounding counties. As a native of Nashville, she knows the local market inside and out. Her greatest joy as a Realtor is seeing the smiles on her clients' faces at the end of a successful transaction, knowing that she played an important role in helping them achieve their dreams.

Blair has a knack for making the buying and selling process as seamless as possible for her clients. She believes in the importance of providing answers to questions her clients may not even know they have. Her commitment to going above and beyond for her clients has earned her a reputation as one of the most compassionate and knowledgeable Realtors in the area. Blair's expertise and dedication are reflected in her numerous accolades, certifications and awards, including the Greater Nashville Realtors Education Achievement Award, and received the Diamond designation at the 2022 GNR Awards banquet which led to the GNR Lifetime Member of Awards of Excellence. She holds designations as a Certified Residential Specialist, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, Accredited Buyer Representative, ePro, and Master Graduate Realtor Institute, and has completed over 500 hours of real estate education in addition to her Bachelors of Science Degree in Marketing from Lipscomb University.

Blair's global travels, including substantial time spent in Tokyo, Hong Kong and Singapore, have given her a unique perspective on the needs of multicultural living. Many of her clients have become lifelong friends, a testament to her exceptional customer service. 

Blair now resides on the west side of Williamson County with her husband, youngest son, Barrett, and dog, Leia. Her other children live across the country, from Vancouver to Atlanta to Phoenix. When she's not selling homes, Blair enjoys attending local non-profit events, social gatherings, church events, and watching Barrett play hockey.
